For so long was in denial of having a weight problem, but after hitting the 330lb mark and having my family of 5 to worry about.....I know that lap-band would be best for me. I feel great today and have very little pain; however, I am finding it a little difficult to find something satisfying even though I am not hungry I feel like i should be eating something., Good Evening All! donbie 1 Posted January 26, 2011 Isn't it ironic how we can lie to ourselves about our weight? I used to tell myself that I was big boned and had a lot of muscle, lol. I refused to go to larger pants for a long time and when I finally did I quickly grew into those also. Hmmm...I wonder if it's like fish in an aquarium? I wish you much luck and success. I'm a bit behind you in the process, but hoping things go smoothly and quickly. I think the info and experiences of members on here will be invaluable in helping us navigate through this process whilst avoiding the pitfalls! Bobbie Good Evening All! donbie 1 Posted January 26, 2011 Yay! Very cool. I have to stay in network so, I know that it will be one of two. Tomorrow will officially start the ball rolling for getting pre-authorization from the insurance company. I'm at the VERY beginning. I typed a novel on this board about where I'm at with it, lol.
