Quick Question about using Emergen-C vitamin packets

I need to know if it's 'safe' to use these. I had bought some, thinking that because it is drinkable, that it would be a good way to get some Vitamins. Especially, Vitamin C with the cold/flu season going on. ...and i just realized that (duh) it says fizzy right on the box.

My question is whether or not there is too much fizzy (gas/carbonation) in these little packets, to be safe drinking with the band?

I have had no apparent side affects from when I have taken a packet, so just need to know if it would hurt the band.

I have used them and I felt no ill effects from them...I also have a little soda every now and then and don't feel anything...it's up to you on how you will feel..

I used them....I waited a min or two for some of the fizz to die down. No problem though!
