I posted this in the recipes forum, but thought I would share it here. It is so easy to make!

1 can chick peas

1 C fat free feta cheese

1 small onion, chopped

1 T dill

1/4 C lemon juice

2 cloves crushed garlic

1/4 C olive oil

Combine all ingredients together.

You can also add grape tomoatoes or and/or black olives if you would like.

FYI....I have also used couscous instead of the chick peas too.

yummmm!!! do you eat this alone... on crackers... or on a salad?

That does sound pretty good. Will try it with some baked chicken. This can also be mashed so it's great for those still on the mushy phase!

I usually eat it by itself. Sometimes I throw in a little chicken to add more Protein. Hope you guys like it!
