Questions for inital consult

I have my inital appointment on Tuesday and I made a list of questions to ask but I know I'n missing some. What questions do you suggest I ask? Any help would be appreciated

What is covered in your "after care"?

How much is the "program fee" and what does it include for the money?

Do you have support groups?

Are the support groups held by the doctors, nutritionists...or are they patient lead?

Do you require a Pre-Op diet?

What kind of tests will you require me to complete (slee study, cardio tests, psych eval etc)

Do you offer nutrition support post op? Is it included?

How much are fills?

Do you keep patients over night? (Personally I think it's a good idea)

Which brand band do you use? Why?

What is your philosophy regarding fills: how agressive are they?

Do they give a fill during surgery? (Most of the times I've read that some got a fill during surgery they've had side affects that cause them to have trouble swallowing post op.)
