Hello

I just started the process with the dietitian and the blood work. My first appointment is February 1st 2011. My classmate talked me into getting the lap band and I must say that so far this is the best advise anyone has given me.

My goal weight is 175 my heaviest is 250 and 250 is my current weight.

My insurance covers 85% of the surgery and I pay $30.00 per specialist appointment.

I currently have double coverage.

I am on medical leave from work because I have a torn disk between L5-S1 and this extra weight is not helping the healing process not one bit.
