I've only had one fill and I can still eat a pretty good amount, and some things that I'm sure I won't be able to eat after I get to my "sweet spot" or "green zone". I went to a Zumba class tonight and I'm usually not hungry after I work out. I have a baked chicken breast left over for lunch (with basil and half a can of tomatoes)... so I can always munch on that. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
