gotmyeyeontheprize 2 Posted January 20, 2011 I have a current addiction to sliced lemons with salt. It is so strange. I crave them to the point that my mouth waters just thinking about them. I wonder if this new craving comes from a lack of certain Vitamins or minerals since being banded. I take a Multivitamin and Calcium daily. Has anyone else experienced this? kadoane8 1 Posted January 20, 2011 No, but that can be very hard on your teeth. I am trying to be addicted to my purple Protein Water though!
Acadia 20 Posted January 20, 2011 It could be due to imbalances in your blood. It's worth asking your Dr for a vitamin/mineral blood panel to make sure there's nothing missing in your diet, as can happen with WLS and our modified diets.
