Week 4 and down 25 lbs!

Hey all! Today marks week 4 post op for me and I am 25 pounds down! YAY! This means I am 1/4 of the way to my goal weight. Super exciting for me. I do have a question tho...I have not started exercising yet for several reasons one of which being I am not sure what I am released to be doing?? Anyone know?? Most likely I am going to start off with power walking but I don't want to do anything to mess with my healing either. Just curious when you all started your exercise routines and what they consist of.
