Just found this site, thought i was all alone getting this done. Got banded in Cairns on october 31 2005,and have lost 23kg's in 2 months.I started at 172kg's and tipped the scales at 149kg,2 days before xmas.[i was stoked] Good to see some aussies here,nice to know i can talk with people close to home aswell as overseas.I think that will do for a start. I was banded in Febuary 2005...who was your Dr?

Congrats on your weightloss so far, well done!

My fiance has just been banded this past Friday...I only hope he can do as well as you!
