I am just wondering what your favorite high in Protein snack is? My new one lately is Turkey Pepperoni. I don't have a pack right now but I will be getting some and can post nutrition info but it was high in protein, low calories & low carbs!!!! I do like tuna with terriakyi sauce in it too and one can of tuna has 20-22g protein!

Anyway just lemme know what you like. I did try the greek yogurt but the carbs were wayyy high but it has 13-16g protein in it.

Protein bars..haha. I like ricotta cheese sweetened with Torani sugar free Syrup and peaches.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
