MrsBurgos 1 Posted January 14, 2011 Hi Bandsters! Just wanted to say I am banded! 1.12.2011 was my big day!!! I am doing pretty well all considering and resting. I hope to post some pictures and become more active on the boards!! I think my biggest challenge is the gas right now!!! any remedies or suggestions?? Is this going to pass sooner rather than later!?? All info appreciated! Thanks! I alternated Gas X and Bean-O. Walk a lot and you can even try laying your back. Is this going to pass sooner rather than later!?? All info appreciated! Thanks! We are in this journey about the same time. I was banded 1/10/11. As far as getting rid of the gas walking is the best. I have been on my treadmill the last 2 days a mile a day and I feel so much better. MrsBurgos 1 Posted January 15, 2011 Thanks everyone!! Your 100% correct on the walking for the gas! I have been going out when I can and walking around my apartment. Looking for reasons to move and not sit! It does help. The gas-x is working a bit to.. I will try the heating pad and maybe the bean-o. Thanks all! I am taking pics every 2-3 days and keeping my journal. My husband bought be me this beautiful leather journal - so I have been writing in that. Your all so right this is as an amazing feeling!!! The pain, the emotion everything!!! I am so blessed to have a great support family here and in my everyday life. It makes such a difference!
