    • Two words: hell no.

    • I won't say never, but I seriously doubt it.

    • I'd only consider it if the excess skin etc. causes other medical issues down the road.

    • I probably will if I feel the need and can afford to pay for it.

    • I'm definitely going to have a tummy tuck or something lifted/tightened.

    • Not only am I going to do it, I'm getting everything done. Tummy, lipo, butt, chest, upper arms, chin.

I am going to go for the full monty. I have a BADLY sagging belly. I forget what it is called, but I don't see anyway that is going to absorb back the way it is supposed to. And my butt is HUGE so I am sure there will need to be lifted. My legs aren't too bad in the lower half, but my thighs will prolly need to be lifted when the tummy and butt is. And my arms will need to be done I am sure, but they aren't as bad as the tummy. I had a breast reduction about 9 years ago, and they have lost some of their perkiness after the kids were born, so I will prolly have them lifted, and maybe made slightly bigger. Depends on how much volume I lose. My face should be fine. No need for a chin lift I don't think.

I never thought I would but I want to get a TT. That would be enough for me, I will never get my breasts done no matter how they look because I have had enough surgery on my body and it changes the sensation and feeling of the area. I guess I never want how they feel to change. I can never figure why people never talk about this aspect. Yes I know some newer procedures are susposto keep this intact better but again I am not willing to take the chance with my breasts JMHO. Trish

i have an appointment to have a first consult for a breast reduction...my boobs have never been firm (even when i was thinner) ....my sis had it done and the downside is that for her at least, she lost all sensation in her nipples...that is a downer!!!

i would also have a Tummy Tuck and whatever else i could afford!!!!

will need to do the arms...and possibly fix the tummy......

Then I would probably be great....

Geez - I can't hardly imagine that.....it almost makes me want to cray....

1 + 1 + 2.... 2 + 2 = 4 ........ 4 + 4 = 8....... (Do math and you can't cry)

I think going under the knife is a wonderful thing. lol!

IF my tummy skin bothers me a lot, I will get a TT, but if it is something I can live with, I can forgo it.

I am not going to join a nudist colony, I am not going to be a bikini model, so if it can be hidden under a good pair of elastic underwear, I will probably forget about it.

I am already saving for a Tummy Tuck and to have the girls lifted. I want to be a hot babe by Christmas 2007.

I'm considering a breast lift if I can't get them into place via exercise. I don't think I'll need a Tummy Tuck as it all seems to be going back into place pretty well so far.

When I started this journey. I truely believed that the weight loss alone would be very satisfying and enough. But As I get closer to goal, I am having a very hard time not seeing the fat guy still. I think that I will only be truely happy when I get the "apron" romoved from my stomache area. I can live with a little extra skin on my arms and neck. but my tummy and thoghs are terrible. I hope to get them done in about a year or so.

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

Had a sleeve in 2017, lost over 100 pounds. Had a DS surgery this year (2025) for more sustainable weight loss. 🤞

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
