feathermack 0 Posted January 13, 2011 Just wondering how everyone out there manages to get their Fiber without loading up on carbs? I have felt lately that things aren't moving the way I would like them to even though I have been ramping up my salad and veggie intake. This is just one area I'm focusing on, I've been banded for 2 years now, lost over 50 lbs the first year but have been the same for about the last year and wasn't focusing on the weight loss due to a lot of other changes going on in my life. But now things are "normal" and I'm ready to get things back on track and start losing again because I'm also starting to see the scales inch back up which scares me to death! but fiber has always been one of those things that I have struggled with since most fiber is full of carbs, any suggestions???
