Pain at port site

Is this normal? I'm 7weeks post-op. I got my 2 year old up from his nap was putting some juice in his cup and all of a sudden I got this really sharp pain at my port site. It feels like a knife is stabbing me from the inside trying to come out through my scar... I'm pretty good with pain, I have an unually high tolerance for it... but this is slowing me down. :( Not sure if I should be concerned or if it's a normal part of the healing process....
