Mewizza 3 Posted January 12, 2011 So I work in a call center & I was wondering if anyone has any good idea about some Exercises I can do at my desk in my chair or with out a chair.. it's a small cubical so I don't have much room but I'm there anywhere between 8-16 hours a day. Let me know if you come up with anything clever.
Blaze21 5 Posted January 12, 2011 There's actually a little foot pedal cycler that goes under your desk. It mimics the moves of a bicycle. http://www.lifehacker.com/263136/under+the+desk-pedal-exerciser This article is older but I've seen them around $20. nomorejellybelly 77 Posted January 22, 2011 I do leg lifts to the side and the back (contracting the muscles). I also stand on the balls of my feet and raise my ankles. It works the muscles in my calves and thighs.
fredguy 5 Posted January 27, 2011 Deskercise... .....I have a resistance band I do shoulders, biceps, lats and forearms with. Luckily I have a office so I can shut the door for 1 minute while I bang the shoulders out. I do bicep curls all day, with door open. I just put the band under my feet and pull the two handles up. You can increase and decrease the resistance by holding your feet down closer to the handles. Guns are getting toned..... Amazing what 200 curls a day will do here is an informative article . I think I paid like $30 for mine.... Watch out for all the camera phone flashes , dont wanna end up on YouTube's most watched list:)
