After further research, I have determined that the issue is related to a bug, rather than a misconfiguration of services.

I did have Adobe Flash Player but went ahead and downloaded it again and still have the same results. Any other suggestions?

I am using Explorer (version 7)

Windows XP

Adobe Flash Player 10 ActiveX

The "done" is at the bottome of the page - I believe it's part of the Explorer program. I get all of the ads and stuff on the right side of the page, just don't get the chat rooms.
