Pain in my left side

Hi all.

I was banded on Dec 2nd by Dr Regan at Columbia St Mary's. I had my first fill last week. For the most part, things seem to be going well.

The only thing is that I seem to have this nagging pain on my left side. I would say it feels more like a sore muscle. It's just up from my belly button about 6 or 7 inches to my left of my belly button. If I'm sitting still no issues. It's an issue when I take a deep breath, sneeze, cough, turn over at night, get up from the couch.

It's nothing unbearable, but it's not fun and doesn't seem to be getting much better.

Dr Regan said he thinks it's probably just sore muscle/scar tissue. I wanted to throw it out there and see if anyone else had this? Just for some reassurance.

I'm at a place with Dr Regan where I'm not thrilled with his after care so I'm a little hesitant to take what he says at face value.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
