longest stuck episode?

I'm curious how long a food item can be stuck. I've had things stuck for a couple hours, but wonder what the longest might be, before the food breaks down. Anyone have any ideas? Experiences with being stuck for a long time?

Usually if I get stuck for too long (more than an hour) I will sip on some hot/warm Water to get it to move through.... not sure if that will work for you - but it seems to help me;)
