annieM 2 Posted January 9, 2011 Welcome! We're neighbors! I had my surgery done at the Cincy wt loss center. I live in the Dayton area. You have about the same amount of weight to lose as I did. It can be done! I'm four years out and maintaining around five pounds from my "goal". I won't say that it's been easy, but I will say that I never could have done it without my band.
