tchaho 0 Posted February 8, 2011 I'm having the same problem. Please let me know if you find out anything. I talked with an insurance broker, who said I will never be approved again for individual insurance. I'm really upset right now, and trying to find some hope. Been crying for a couple hours now.... IneedMajorHelp 1 Posted April 29, 2011 I'm having the same problem. Please let me know if you find out anything. I talked with an insurance broker, who said I will never be approved again for individual insurance. I'm really upset right now, and trying to find some hope. Been crying for a couple hours now.... sorry for the long delay, I don't get on here much anymore - but tomorrow will be my 4-year band anniversary so . . . . here in Utah you can apply for state insurance which is what I'll have to do - if you can get insurance through a work plan then they HAVE to take you, but as far as individual we're all pretty much screwed. keep up the good work and have a good weekend
pinktulips 1 Posted April 29, 2011 So I guess in this case it's not considered a pre-existing condition that you already had coverage for ... i thought that as long as you were covered for it under another insurance & didn't lapse in coverage (went from one insurance directly to another) your coverage would be continued. Maybe it just depends on the new insurance...regardless this concerns me Edit * oh i see you are saying "individual" insurance but STILL we never know when our circumstances, jobs etc will change.
