I was banded on 12/30/2010 everything seems to be going fine. I am wondering does anyone take fish oil pills dailey? My doc give me mixed signals about taking it. Do you take it whole by it being a gel pill or cut it open? Also, what multi vitiman is good? What about vitiman c pill which is the good ones?

All I take is a multi Vitamin --and I use the Princess gummies as I can get them cheap at Walmart. :D They taste good and don't upset my stomach as some do. I know we are supposed to be taking a Calcium (citrate, I think?) but I haven't bought those yet....I keep meaning to and forget!

chewable gummies for Adults.... I have the Target brand which is a generic of Centrium I think. My Dr also has his patients on a chewable Calcium supplement. I have the Target generic of Viactiv. It tastes like candy.< /p>

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
