Pamalamadingdong 0 Posted January 2, 2011 I want to get a good exercise routine going. I'm far to hit and miss right now. I want to lose 7 more lbs by my first fill Jan 24th. My big goal is to be down 60 llbs by the 4th of July. That puts me under 200 pounds for the first time in my adult life. I'm really going to have to work for that one, and I'm going to. mybarra4 0 Posted January 2, 2011 I want to be under 200 lbs(currently 245). I want to be in ONEDERLAND!!!!! Im starting a hike every Tuesday with my cousin. She said it is a 3 mile hike. I need to get my butt into motion. I've lost 34 lbs since August 27, 2010(day of surgery). I got off track a little for the holidays. This last fill i got on December 15, 2010 was awesome! I think i have hit my "Sweet Spot" but i still eat things i shouldn't. I dont eat them often or nearly as much as i used to. I gave up smoking 2 years ago after smoking for 21 years so i know i can do this. I havent been obese as long as i smoked. My goal ultimately is to get to 120 lbs. I love it when people tell me they can tell i've lost weight & they ask me how i did it(they dont know about my surgery) and i just tell them i changed my eating habits and started working out, which isnt a lie. Im starting to like myself again too. Im able to wear clothes that i bought a couple of years ago & i love it. It really does make you feel good about yourself. I know i can do this & i will. SVM10 6 Posted January 2, 2011 Hey guys, I NEED to drink more Water, continue to exercise regularly despite my busy schedule (it is so easy to skip a day), and eat more Protein (I want to get more than the 60g I average).
bwhitty 1 Posted January 3, 2011 1. Stick to my excercise routine. 2. Weigh and measure, drink and eat right. 3. Journal everything: eating, emotions, excercise.
RaeZur 0 Posted January 3, 2011 I want to get a steady exercise routine going. I was banded in August and have only lost 17lbs since surgery, needless to say I am frustrated. I am hoping to lose 20lbs by summer.
Rsilversea 2 Posted January 3, 2011 1. Get back to writing down everything I eat (whether I want to or not). That's what keeps me on track. 2. Get back to measuring my food. It keeps me honest. 3. Keep track of how much Protein I eat. I bet it's a lot less than I think. 4. Drink more Water. 5. Keep exercising. 6. Try to lose one pound per week. Key word--TRY. Or maybe, as Yoda said, "There is no try, only do." I think I might pull out my diet paperwork that I got before surgery and go over that. It might help to inspire me.
