Hi I am actually under goal by like 3 or 4 pounds. I never thought i be saying that. I did have a little removed because didnt want to keep losing, I gain a couple back and actually goes back and fourth. I dont want to get anymore out, dont want to gain too much back. So, I guess keep playing around with calories, I know the days I try to eat more, my shoulder tends to act up again.. Been a while since it bothered me... I hope you all have a Great New Year!!
