Pain in neck and side

Hi! I had surgery in march of 2006 and again in June 2008. Since surgery I get pains in my neck that only start at night. I know crazy. Recently, the last 2 months or so, i have been having pain in my left side around where the band is around the stomach. This pain usually starts after dinner and at times it hurts to breath. Does anyone experience the same thing or know if this is related to the band?? I am seeing my surgeon on Tuesday so hopefully I will know more then. Until then, if anyone can help that would be great.
