lovecats85 2 Posted December 29, 2005 I have discovered a great way to get extra calcium! I am scared those Viactin chews will get gunked up in my band b/c they are so chewy. Now some place makes these chocolates called Adora Calcium chocolates and they have dark chocolate (which they sayd one peice of dark chocolate a day is good for you b/c of the antioxidants). Anyways, just passing along info on a great find!

Bensmum1109 0 Posted December 30, 2005 Tums have lots of Calcium too. I take at least two a day for the stomach acid and calcium.
NJChick 3 Posted December 30, 2005 I take viactin also, just take small bites and it will go down easy. Caltrate has a chewable tablet as well. Both are good.

lovecats85 2 Posted December 30, 2005 Ok, you have convinced me that Viactin is ok - but those Adora chocolates are so dang yummy I might have to stick with them!
dylansmom 27 Posted December 30, 2005 I like the Adora ones too. (I got some free samples to try) I just have to get mine ordered now. I don't think anywhere around here carries them. Any ideas on where I might find them?
