I was banded in Plano, TX on Dec 17, 2010 My weight before my week of liquid diet was 365 lbs. Today my weight was 324.2lbs. I am drinking Protein Shakes now an New Years eve I will be able to have blended food. It hasn't been that bad. I haven't done anything except follow diet and the weigh t just fell off.
