Erin18 143 Posted December 26, 2010 I'm so motivated right now, hope it doesn't change. I'm getting on that treadmil tomorrow. I'm just going to walk everyday since it doesn't kill my knees so much. Someone suggested dancing so, I got some great music to dance to. I'm going to use 2pound ball weights while walking and I'm going to watch TV while I do it. I'll use my resistance bands. Not sure what else I should use, BUT After getting my belly button pierced and having to take it out cause my stomach is too big for it made me realize that I really miss it and want it back I'm so damn tired of this, I'm so ready, BRING IT ON!! I was banded on 12/15 and since then my whole family (myself included) has come down with the flu. I haven't done much of anything, but tomorrow my butt will be on that treadmill too! Erin18 143 Posted December 26, 2010 You're very welcome! I'm very glad I motivated you too! I woke myself up at 7:22am and was on the treadmill at 8:05am. I walked 2miles in 50-55 minutes! I watched TV which helps sooo much so if you have a TV watch it while you're exercising!! I'm going to walk 2 miles a day for an hour.
