bwhitty 1 Posted December 25, 2010 In a week I'm having my first fill. Getting a bit nervous, as I have no restriction at this point. My surgeon doesn't put anything in the band during surgery, so its an empty 14cc! Did most of you do liquids one to two days after, then mushies then solids? I put mine off till after the holidays. Hope to get back on track with the new year. My doctor told me to do liquids the day of, a few days after and then mushies for a few days. muelle 64 Posted December 27, 2010 I too have a 14cc band that was empty until this morning. I recieved 3cc's and the surgeon had no special eating instructions. He said to eat and drink as I have been, just to make sure to eat very slowly and chew very well. I think I will do the liquids for a couple days and then mushies also just to be safe. I had a very easy time with the fill, and have an appointment for my 2nd fill in 2 weeks
