cmr 0 Posted December 29, 2005 Just wanted to thank all of you who post on this site. I just had my first fill and am in heaven. Finally I realize what the band can do. All of you have kept me "up" by posting and now I hope to do the same for anyone who has not yet had a fill. This thing really works!
MyKdsDad 1 Posted December 29, 2005 What does it feel like? I know my wife likes to swallow food (not eat it). Is she going to find out WHY you are suppose to eat slowly?
Iluvharleys 15 Posted December 29, 2005 Good for you! A good fill is worth it's weight in gold! Your wife will definately find out why she has to chew!

BSB1224 0 Posted December 30, 2005 I am going for my first fill today also, with Dr. Cribbins in Plano. Guess I am just a little anxious, but am excited also and hoping to feel some sort of restriction as I have not felt anything as of yet! I had my surgery on 11/15/05 and have "teetered" from 19 to 20 pounds loss, had a few weeks with no weight loss at all, not really worried about it, it was supposed to be the time for my band and incisions to heal, but am ready to get on with it now. Everyone I have talked to has said Dr. Cribbins is not "aggressive" when it comes to fills but I hope he is aggressive with me, will let everyone know after my fill! :paranoid
