Hartsdream 1 Posted December 21, 2010 I have only go 15 - 20 lbs to go and it is very hard for me to get it lost. I have a tight band and I am trying anything to lose these last 20. But I gain 2lbs then lose 3lbs. I think I am doing well then I weigh myself and I gained 2lbs. Then I pig out what ever I want to eat or should I say can eat. Then I lose weight. I am going crazy. Kalipso2 25 Posted December 21, 2010 i've been struggling with my last 20 pounds too!!! i'm down to the last 9 but it's been f-o-r-e-v-e-r! i've always been a slow loser though but i'm SO anxious to get to my goal weight i can hardly stand it! what i do when i've hit a plateau is try to change things up. do a different kind of exercise. eat different meals... maybe eat Breakfast at dinner or excercise in the morning instead of at night. something to "shock" your body into change! good luck and congrats on your weight loss!! it looks like we got banded around the same time, were the same weight and have the same goals!! sassye2010 0 Posted April 29, 2011 Hello, I am having the same problem. I have been at the same weight and have even gained a few pounds for over 6 months now! It is very frustrating. My band is tight now and I barely eat much but still see no loss! What do I do? Makes me say why did I even bother to do the surgery in the first place. I will keep trying though. Fab Karen 0 Posted April 18, 2012 Hell I wish I could offer some advise because I am down to trying to loose my last 20lbs to and since Feb. I have been the same I have a 10cc band with 8.5cc of saline so I eat very little and work out like crazy now. All I can think of is shocking the body into another workout. sassye2010 0 Posted April 26, 2012 I was finally able to get off a few more pounds but I went to eating mostly Soups. Even if ur band is tight that doesn't always help because u will find that u will eat more junk and not lose. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
