sarahh1828 4 Posted December 16, 2010 HI, this is my first forum post. I have just started on my lap-band journey. I am taking the classes required by my insurance to get banded, and am on class 5 out of 12. The Nurse Practitioner supervising the program says that if all goes well I should be getting banded the second week of March 2011. Which is the week after I graduate my LVN program (YAY me). I am having a little trouble with motivation for exercising by myself at this point, and would greatly appreciate any motivation or tips you could spare. Nice to meet you all! annieM 2 Posted December 18, 2010 Wow, 12 classes. What do they teach you? As for motivation, the healthier you are going into your lapband surgery, the sooner you will be on the road to a new you!
