I just started seeing a therapist for binge eating disorder. Its such a hard thing to recover from. I'm starting to learn that beating myself up never works. So try not to be too hard on yourself and just like you said, get back on track tomorrow! Also, congrats on losing 90 pounds so far!! Amazing and you should feel great about it :)

I want to binge sometimes, but all it does is lead to me vomiting. I will be watching TV and the people on whatever show I'm watching is at a restaurant ordering and eating food. All I want is to fly through the TV, grab all the food, and shove it in my mouth. :blink: I miss food all the time.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
