I'm 13 days post op & my port site hurts when I cough, is that normal ?!?!

I am 7 days post op and I have the same problem. I feel it's from the swelling and soreness from the surgery and it may take a good month before the hurt goes away. Hopefully!

I'm 12 days post op and this pain when coughing and sneezing is starting to settle down. Just part of the healing process I think. Yours hopefully will subside soon as well

It will go away, but normal to worry about those things! Keep hanging in there -- it will get better soon!!
