MellieW 0 Posted December 14, 2010 I use the one on myfitnesspal.com. It seems to be fairly accurate.
DebH 1 Posted December 14, 2010 I use a site called Calorie Protein Counter. I have not yet tried to put in a recipe but the site has a tab for that.(I just noticed it today) I have just ben using it to figure out the calories and protein of what I am eating, but there are a few recipes that I would like to put in for more accuratge information. all4gizmo 2 Posted December 16, 2010 There is a recipe builder on sparkpeople.com I use it all the time.. I also use it to log in my meals and exercise to keep me on track. Good luck!!
isaviolinist 11 Posted December 16, 2010 This is the one from spark people: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp I use it for all my recipes. Only thing is, sometimes some of the calories are off on it so I always double check on a site like calorieking.com or fitday.com. So if you input something and the calories seem either really low or really high, just double check it.
CalicoskiesNC 2 Posted December 16, 2010 I also use the one at My Fitness Pal. I love that entire program. I have yet to find a food item, grocery or restaurant, that is not in their database.
