dlynn1635 1 Posted December 17, 2010 I went on Wednesday and they added .4cc to bring me to 6.0cc in a 10 cc band and I am pretty tight right now. They say that everyone is different and there will be different sweet spots as you lose as well. So what works for one won't necessarily work for another. MsJeannetteA 0 Posted December 17, 2010 I got my 1st fill today and they have me at 4cc's in a 10cc band. Right now i'm hungry and i'm eating semi-solids just so my hunger can go away. SecondHandRose 0 Posted December 17, 2010 I got my first fill on 12/15 and am hungry. I ate my half cup and found myself satiated. Two hours later, I am getting hungry. Although, I can feel restriction when I drink. I've decided to follow the book precisely and see how it goes. I know i'm supposed to have mostly liquids, but i had some Soup earlier (corn chowder w/small potatoes) because i needed something with more substance.
