MADE IT 2 MY GOAL..OH YEAH 0 Posted December 7, 2010 I have a problem that is really getting on my nerves here. I have no idea if anyone else reading this has the same problem or not but, I will never know unless I ask. Right? So anyways. It seems that every time I lay down I start gurggling. This only happens when I lay down. Sitting up, I don't have a problem, but the second I lie down, the gurggling starts. My husband actually woke me up the other night cause it was so loud and constant. I have trouble getting to sleep but once I fall asleep, I am fine. Is anyone else having this gurggling problem or am I alone on this one? I don't know what it could be. Maybe I am swallowing to much air or something. I don't think it is anything serious enough to contact my doctor over at least I hope its not. HELP!!!!!
honk 780 Posted December 7, 2010 I gurggle when I sit up or lay down so I'm not much help. I think it's because the lower stomache is empty. Don't know if as time goes by it just gets used to being empty and gives up asking for food.< /p>

cwm812 11 Posted December 7, 2010 well I am over 2 yrs out and im still doing it I don't know if this was just me or it happens to others, but about 20 months out, I got a fill and I started gurgling all the time. I had never really done much gurgling before, just once in a while. After 2 months, I decided I was too tight and I got a small unfill. Magically the gurgling and all other forms of noise stopped. I think for me, I make weird noises when I'm really tight. Now, I keep my band fairly loose and my stomach is happy. I doubt this is the case for everyone, but I think I've picked up on another strange sign from my body that I need to listen to. Cindy
