Road Queen 0 Posted January 30, 2006 I haven't lost anything since Oct 15 and have gained two pounds but at least its only 2 - so I guess that's a kind of victory. NSV - Went out to a party. Marimaru 7 Posted January 30, 2006 No weight change. NSV: In the regular economy section of an airplane this weekend, the tray table didn't touch me when I took it down. lianna 3 Posted January 31, 2006 1/3/16 214 lbs 1/31/06 212 lbs 2/2/06 210 lbs I am not doing so hot on the loss. I even had a tiny refill up to 1.5 ccs. Hmmm. NSV- I have had at least 6 different people ask if I am losing weight this week. I havent even lost that much but I think it makes a lot of difference in my size and looks. I know that putting on that last 15-20 lbs took about a year and really was the final straw,,, flat out looked FAT, face and eyes looked fat and puffy, started hiding under loose shirts (trying to, lol). NSV 2- this one is the BIG ONE!!! I have been given the okay to start cutting my Actos in half, only 15mg now. With the lower carb intake my doctor thinks I will be fine on lower dose now. We'll see, but blood sugars have been really good for weeks! I had to edit this because the very day after this post I hit 210 and again the next day 210. Tricia K. 0 Posted February 5, 2006 I'm posting early because I'll be running around most of the day tomorrow. 1/4/06 Weight = 236 NSV: I bought a size 18/20 belt to hold up my too loose size 22 pants. 1/9/06 Weight = 234 (-2) NSV: I was able to fit into a misses size 20 pants at Old Navy. 1/16/06 Weight = 229 (-5) NSV(s): 1) My mother-in-law came to visit this past weekend and called me a "skinny minnie!" 2) I can now fit comfortably (with room to spare) in those plastic, stackable patio chairs. 1/23/06 Weight = 228 (-1) NSV: I FINALLY had to break down and buy new size 20 clothing because I was tired of my old clothes falling off of me. 1/30/06 Weight = 226 (-2) NSV: I had to move the seat in my vehicle closer to the steering wheel because my butt isn't so big anymore. 2/6/06 Weight = 221 (-5) NSV(s): 1) Our female bowling league partner told me this past Tuesday that I had a nice butt. I managed to talk myself out of junk food binges a couple of times. I still need work in this area, and in just eating smaller portions at meals. Hope everyone had a great week. I exercised 5 days last week. NSV: I was able to finish the entire TAE-BO exercise video (before, I could only do about 10-15 minutes) Next goal: increase exercise time from 30 min per day to 40 min per day -- 5 days per week. banded_for_life 2 Posted February 6, 2006 1/03: 211 Exercised between 45 and 60 mins everyday this past week. 1/09: 209 -2 Went from Morbidly Obese to just Obese!!!! 1/16: 207 -2 Road my bike for the first time for 6 miles! 1/23: 207 0 I noticed yesterday when changing my son's bedding that I wasn't huffin and puffin my guts out. It was like no effort at all to manhandle his mattress. 1/30: 205 -2 I had a clothing swap on Sat. and I didn't try anything on, I just collected what I wanted. I finally tried everything on last night and I got into most of the 18s that I took and even a few 16s!!! 2/06: 203 -2 Huge NSV this week!!
