Any teachers out there?

I do sometimes take those when I am in a crunch for time. However, they are high in sodium and I don't do it unless I have no other choice. They are "my emergency" lunch. I make up things the night before that high in Protein. I make solid white tuna salad, egg salad, bean with all white turkey franks (low fat and calories).

Also, I look in cookbooks to get recipes to modify to meet my needs. Sometimes it is hard to plan ahead of time (4 children of my own). I would go ahead and use them as necessary. Good luck!

I normally eat leftovers from the night before. If not, I do have WW and lean cuisines meals. I also have small tupperware containers because I often can't finish even those smaller serving frozen meals. sometimes it's just lunch meat rolled around a string cheese. I'm weird, I know :P

I have Soup or a cheese stick with a bite of lunch meat. Frozen meals are too much food for me so they are a waste of money. Sometimes I may take a leftover. Sometimes a snack of almonds or yogurt might do enough. I teach 7th grade and only have 20 minutes. I am pretty restricted as well. I have been banded since January 8th and have lost 81 lbs.
