Veritas 0 Posted January 24, 2006 A co-worker turned me on to APEX chocolate Protein shake. we can only get it at a Gold's Gym or online. It's $30 for a HUGE tub that will last about a month. i make it with 1% milk and (this is KEY) blend it with ice. it gives it a milkshake consistency. I am SUPER sensitive to that vitamin-ey taste that a lot of shakes have. Even stuff that my friends swear has no after-taste, I can pick up on. so I highly recommend this. also - before I found APEX I was using the Slim-Fast Optima shake. not nearly as much Protein but tasted just like chocolate milk to me.
