Hi im new here. have been reading at this site for about months, I really enjoy all the good information I have been reading. I am 39 years old 3 kids and tired of being fat. just got up enough courage to go for it. My surgery date is set for DEC 17. still a little scared but will push threw it.

You don't have long to wait! Your surgery is timed well, you'll be feeling fine by Christmas. By next Christmas you won't remember being so fat and you'll be wearing all new clothes. You'll have more energy and fewer aches and pains. Sound good? Get ready to work!!! Make this year really count and make the plan a reality. With the band you can do it!
