Just wanted to wish all my banded buddies a Happy Thanksgiving.

I am attending my first "Italian Thanksgiving" this year and am looking forward to the new and different foods and traditions. They all know I am banded, so they won't be insulted when I can't gorge myself....

I just want mashed potatoes and gravy....

I think it is great that you are trying something new, plus the fact that you are not trying to bullshit anyone (sorry) it is just that so many people try to be who they are not......I have told every single person I know...I don't give a rat's you know what, what they think.

They are going to judge me regardless ...if I am fat or skinny, or just right!

I think what I'm trying to say is that I admire the fact that you told everyone,,,and I CAN relate to that!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
