I have discovered that if I'm feeling a little "stuck" that I can bend at the waist, hold my ankles (like doing a big stretch or something)...hold it for a few seconds and it really helps! Maybe it re-arranges the food in the pouch or something. It has been working for me! Just thought I'd share.
