Mine just told me a Multi-Vitamin also plus a Calcium chew twice daily, however i discovered my multi-vitamin had no Iron in it. A lot of them don't. I finally found a multi-vitamin plus minerals. I felt way less tired after taking that for a couple of weeks. I log my food and i really have a hard time getting enough iron so i really needed a supplement.

Flintstone chewables with choline. That is the secret at Henry Fords Bariatric clinic in Michigan. Also it works. Check out MUSCLE MILK for different Protein Drinks. I buy mine on ebay.

I like Cookies N CREME, and chocolate Peanut Butter.
