Realized I was doing a no-no

So I started having really bad headaches in July and took Excedrin and have been taking it ever since. I just realized that it is a big no-no! I hope and pray that I have not ruined my band. Now I have to go through the not fun task of getting off Excedrin and do not know what to do for headaches. Has anyone else done this or something like it? I still feel okay so hopefully I am okay.

To put your mind at ease, give your lapband doc (or staff) a call to let them know of this situation and to have them recommend something for you. Always better to check in with them on something like this.

Have you spoken to your Primary Care doctor about these headaches? You need to figure out what why you are having headaches. Taking painkillers is just a bandaid on the problem.
