I never thought about warming up the almond milk! Duh! That would be a wonderful evening drink when I'm craving a hot chocolate. Unlike the sugarless (low carb) hot chocolate, I'd actually get some benefit from it.

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee

Lunch: Lean Cuisine (since I didn't cook last night)

Dinner: Seared filets cooked in brandy with some veggies

I'm very stressed. It's going to be so hard not to walk down to a store next to mine that has the best chocolate in the world!! But I can do this...I can resist!!! I hope..

My fill on Wednesday was pretty tight, so I'm still going to take in mostly liquids today. Just working on my Protein Drinks so that I get all my Protein. I might take a few bites of real food later in the day and see how it goes... :)

Kinda tired of everything in my fridge. I had 3 scrambled eggs this morning cause I was extremely hungry. . . and that's all I've had today other than my Water and multi-Vitamin =/

Gonna have to go to the grocery store this afternoon and figure something new out ^^

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
