reverie 49 Posted November 19, 2010 (edited) Snack: Protein bread w/ Peanut Butter (uh..can I say AMAZING stuff) Breakfast: Turkey sausage w/ egg whites and 1/4 cup strawberries Lunch: Stirfry w/ sugar free/low carb teriyaki sauce (broccoli, carrots, etc) Snack: Peaches w/ ricotta cheese (I sweeten it with SF vanilla Torani) Dinner: salad w/ chicken, cheese, almonds, and turkey bacon. It's going to be so hard not to walk down to a store next to mine that has the best chocolate in the world!! But I can do this...I can resist!!! I hope.. sekinj 0 Posted November 19, 2010 My fill on Wednesday was pretty tight, so I'm still going to take in mostly liquids today. Just working on my Protein Drinks so that I get all my Protein.
