I had my third fill yesterday. I now have 2.1 cc in a 4 cc band. Truthfully the first two I felt a little constriction. Today I am still on liquids and I fill full on them. I felt like I could eat before I even had my band placed. I hope that this sensation lasts. I was told to increase my exersice to 45 min 5 times a week. I have been getting up at the crack of dawn (actually it is still dark) 4 am. to work out before I go in for my twelve hour sifts. I also have an hour drive to and from work. I feel like there is not enough time in the day to do everything. But I would rather be "Skinny" then get 8 hours of sleep. I guess it is an even trade.
