Donnamfred 0 Posted November 16, 2010 Any suggestions for a vitamin/mineral supplement that is easy on the stomach? I cut my Womans One a Day in 1/2, taking 1 in am and 1 in pm and expereince nausea every time. Thanks for your time. I have been taking the Bariatric Advantage Vitamin, and I have found if I take it on an empty stomach, I get nausea. Try taking it after you eat, or while your eatting. reverie 49 Posted November 16, 2010 Be sure you are taking your Vitamins after you've eaten! I take Centrum chewables and have never had an issue.
cwm812 11 Posted November 16, 2010 Go with a chewable. I take pills all the time and they don't bother me, but for some reason Vitamins do. As soon as I moved to the generic version of Centrum chewables, the problem went away. In fact, they taste like sweet tarts, so I feel like I'm getting a snack, too! CarolWA 0 Posted November 16, 2010 I could never stand the taste of the chalky chewables. I use the Gummy Vites. Makes me feel like I get a treat with my Vitamins.< /p>
Sun Rae 7 Posted November 16, 2010 I take 2 Flintstones with Iron every day. My nutritionist recommended them so I started taking them a few weeks before my surgery. So far, so good; and I take them on an empty stomach.
