Cool website for getting your stats, BMI, BMR

here is a link to a pretty cool website. I use it to keep track of where im at with each stage of my loss. It also shows you your BMR, BASAL Metabolic Rate, the amount of calories you need to just live anything less will result in weight loss. Its great, just wanted to share!
