I need a buddy too I got banded on nov 2nd and feel quite lonely I usually just read posts but I gathered the courage to write something

so I'm from los angeles n so far I've lost.15 pounds so I'm very motivated

15 lbs is great. I lost 11 in 1 and 1/2 weeks. I havent been back to drs office to weigh so not sure where i am right now. come over to the im here to help thread. There are alot of great ppl there to talk to.
