I wanted to thank everyone for the support. I went to my support group meeting and learned a couple of interesting things.

  1. I still eat too fast
  2. It takes your body time to catch up to when you are not hungry anymore

I called and talked to the nurtritionist on staff and got some really positive feedback.

  1. I'm losing on target even though it feels so very slow
  2. I'm eating appropriately and correct number of calories
  3. Based on her questioning she recommended another fill

So I wanted to thank everyone for their help.
